This villa is near the beach with lagoon views! Guests of this villa enjoy free access to the community swimming pool. The beach and bike trails are just a short distance away. Guests also enjoy access to wireless internet. Square Feet 1218.



The living room features such amenities as vaulted ceilings, DVD / VCR. The dining area, with seating for six, is open to the living area and kitchen. The kitchen has tile floors and seating for four at the breakfast bar. One bedroom offers a king bed, a TV, private bath and sliding glass doors that open to a private deck with great view of the lagoon. The other bedroom has two full beds, and also offers a TV, private bath and sliding glass doors that open to a private deck with great view of the lagoon.



No Sportscard. Wild Dunes' amenities are limited to golf, dining, and bike trails.



Each Lagoon Villa includes: free parking, deck, free community pool access, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community. [The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. The lockbox assignment sheet is sent to NWFL and the LOC after hours MOD. Lockboxes are located under the drive thru next to the ResortQuest East Islands office. Guest can drive around the back of the building and pull in to the center lane of the drive-thru to retrieve their check in packet. An 800 number is posted on the lockboxes and on the front door if assistance is needed. There is also a sign on the front door directing guests to the lockbox location.
