This beautiful home with pool views is the perfect place to enjoy your vacation. 2504 Hartnett Boulevard features a great open floor plan with custom features such as heart pine floors throughout, large covered front and back porches, gourmet kitchen, and wireless internet access. FIRST FLOOR: The first floor offers guests a large open living area great for family gatherings, with a flat-screen TV and DVD player, gas fireplace, and sleeper sofa. The living area opens onto the covered deck. A gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry and granite counter tops, and is great for making those memorable meals while being able to enjoy the company of your family and friends. A breakfast bar in the center island seats up to four guests. The adjacent dining area seats up to eight guests at the table. There is a bedroom furnished with a king bed, which has its own flat-screen TV and DVD player, as well as its own private bath. An additional half-bath is on this level as well.



SECOND FLOOR: With a sophisticated and restful color palette, the master suite is endowed with a four-poster king bed, a flat-screen TV and DVD player. The master bathroom has a large soaking tub, separate walk in shower and double sink vanity. The second upstairs bedroom is equipped with a king bed, and decorated in soothing blues and whites. It also has its own flat-screen TV and DVD player, as well as a private bathroom. In the third upstairs bedroom, there is a queen, and a flat-screen TV and DVD player. The private bath is adjoining. The final bedroom upstairs is also furnished with a king bed, and has its own flat-screen TV and DVD player, as well as its own private bath.
