Located near the beach, this traditional oceanfront home features a large private pool and screened porch, wireless internet access, barbeque grill, and recreation room under the house which has table tennis and foosball, as well as a half bath. Just outside is a covered patio with a picnic table and play area for the kids. Steps lead up to the oceanfront deck where the pool is located. LIVING AREAS: The whitewashed bead board walls and hardwood floors of this beach house are traditional to Sullivan's Island. In the kitchen, an island also functions as a breakfast table, and can seat four guests. Cheerful original tile backsplash adds color and whimsy to the room. French doors open onto the front screened porch, which has a little table for two, and benches for additional seating. This is a great place to relax. The adjacent dining table will accommodate up to eight guests. The living room has multiple sofas, and includes a flat screen TV with DVD player and expanded tier cable, as well as a stereo system. French doors lead from the living room to the screened porch. Large porches are part of the trademark of island living, and this home has an incredible spacious back porch. Two tables are available for al fresco dining, and a hammock offers a great place for an afternoon nap. There are two conversation areas, including one with a porch swing. Steps down from the porch lead to the pool and sun deck, which has plenty of lounge chairs, a cafe table for four, and a gas barbeque grill. The pool also has a waterfall feature.



BEDROOMS: The master suite is furnished with a king bed and has a full private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The headboard spreads out like a leafy tree creating a bower for your slumbers. This bedroom shares a full Jack-and-Jill bath with a third bedroom, which is furnished with one double bed and one twin bed. This third bedroom has an additional private bath. The fourth bedroom is equipped with two twin beds. Clever woodwork has created headboards that resemble pelicans sitting atop a picket fence. This bedroom has a full private bath. The fifth bedroom features a queen bed.



Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service. An 800 number is posted on the lockboxes and on the front door if assistance is needed. There is also a sign on the front door directing guests to the lockbox location.
