Surrounded by plenty of local foliage, and located only a block from the beach, this house is a comfortable location for your next family vacation! Guests of this non-smoking home can enjoy a screened porch, a deck, hardwood floors, skylights and ceiling fans. Sorry, no grilling on the deck or screened porch. Guests also have access to wireless internet. Square Feet 1900.



FIRST FLOOR: Through the front door and to your left is the living room. This room features high ceilings, hardwood floors, and plenty of seating, including a sleeper sofa. There is a 46 inch high definition flat screen TV and DVD player, and sliding glass doors lead out to the furnished sundeck which has some ocean peaks between trees across the street. The fully equipped, eat-in kitchen is just down a set of three steps from the living room. It has plenty of counter space, including a breakfast bar, which seats up to two guests. The dining area seats up to six guests at the table, and has access to the screened porch via sliding glass doors. Guests can enjoy dining outside; a table seats up to four guests. The first floor master suite is furnished with a king bed and has a TV, deck access and a private bath with stall shower and double sinks.



SECOND FLOOR: A bedroom on the second floor has a queen bed and TV, plus access to a private deck with some ocean views across the street. A second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and TV. This second bedroom has access to another small private deck via sliding glass doors. The two bedrooms share access to the full hall bath, which has a tub and shower combination.



Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community. The wireless service requires a login and password. Contact the front desk about the login information. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems. This home does have access to the Wild Dunes Sports Card. This card gives guests access to resort amenities. Additional fees may apply.

After Hours Check-In Procedure:
If a guest does not arrive by 5PM their check in packet is placed in an assigned lockbox. The lockbox assignment sheet is sent to NWFL and the LOC after hours MOD. Lockboxes are located under the drive thru next to the ResortQuest East Islands office. Guest can drive around the back of the building and pull in to the center lane of the drive-thru to retrieve their check in packet. An 800 number is posted on the lockboxes and on the front door if assistance is needed. There is also a sign on the front door directing guests to the lockbox location.
