A private swimming pool with outdoor shower and volleyball court are just outside, and the spacious deck wraps around three sides of the house! Other features include exposed timber ceilings in the family areas, a gas grill, and a pool table. With six bedrooms and five-and-a-half baths, this home will accommodate twelve guests. FIRST FLOOR: Guests of this home can enjoy the large living room/dining room area, featuring exposed beam cathedral ceilings and large sliding glass doors, which allow for spectacular ocean views while socializing, eating, or playing pool. Two dining tables provide ample seating for twelve. The kitchen is open to the living area, and features ocean views as well. Off the living room is a bedroom furnished with a queen bed, which includes a private bath with a garden tub/shower. There is also a half-bath off the living room. Down the hall, there is a second bedroom furnished with a king bed, with its own private bath. Two additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed, share a full bathroom. Both of the queen bedrooms have ocean views.
SECOND FLOOR: Off the landing of the stairs is a small deck with marvelous ocean views. At the head of the stairs is a bedroom furnished with two queen beds, which affords pleasant ocean views. There is a full hall bath. The master bedroom down the hall is furnished with a king beds, and features a sitting area with a sleeper sofa and TV and DVD player, and extraordinary ocean views. The master bath has a whirlpool tub and separate extra-large stall shower. There are excellent ocean views from the bath, as well!
Each home includes: free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, and local telephone service. Guest can drive around the back of the building and pull in to the center lane of the drive-thru to retrieve their check in packet. An 800 number is posted on the lockboxes and on the front door if assistance is needed. There is also a sign on the front door directing guests to the lockbox location.
