Fall asleep to the lullaby of the waves lapping against the sand. Just steps from the back deck, the beach awaits! Located on popular Marshall Boulevard, this traditional beach home features full ocean views and decks that wrap around three sides of the house. Other features include under-house parking, a full-sized pool table, a deluxe gas grill, an indoor/outdoor stereo system, wireless internet access, and a private pool and hot tub. With five bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, this home accommodates up to ten guests. Square Feet 3500.



LIVING AREAS: The great room includes the spacious living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has high ceilings with exposed beams, built-in and stocked bookshelves, a TV with DVD player and expanded tier cable, and a stereo. A leather sectional provides plenty of seating, and a separate conversation area is set up in front of the wall of windows opening up to the wrap-around deck and letting in the full ocean view. The screened porch is just off the living room, and offers lovely views and plenty of seating, as well as a dining table for four. The dining room table can accommodate up to ten guests in a pinch, and a sliding glass door opens to the side deck with barbeque grill. A pass-through breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the living area, and can seat four guests. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and an indoor grill. Ocean views can be enjoyed over the dining area. The laundry room houses an extra full-sized refrigerator. A pool table is just outside the kitchen, and opens to a side deck which houses an outdoor hot tub. Steps from the deck lead down to the private swimming pool. There is a half bath by the pool table.



BEDROOMS: Through a door off the living area are the first floor bedrooms. Crisp white bedding and bead board walls, and blue accents, create a peaceful atmosphere. At the end of the hall is a bedroom furnished with a king bed, which has its own TV. Sliding glass doors lead out to the furnished sundeck, where steps lead down to the beach. A full private bath includes a shower/tub combination. A second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and has access to the screened porch via sliding glass doors. A third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, and has access to the screened porch. A Jack-and-Jill bath with a shower/tub combination separates these two bedrooms. On the second floor is a loft with a sleeper sofa. A full hall bath with a double sink vanity is off the loft, and is shared with a bedroom furnished with a queen bed. This bedroom includes its own TV, and has access to the furnished second floor sun deck, and gorgeous ocean views. The fifth bedroom is also furnished with a queen bed, and shares the full hall bath. Sliding glass doors also open onto the upper deck for wonderful ocean views.



Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service.
