Located just steps from the beach, guests in this villa will be close to dining and shopping at the front beach on the Isle of Palms. What an incredible place for a vacation! Breathtaking ocean views are visible through the sliding glass doors and wide windows in the living area, and can be seen from the front door. Lovely inlay in the hall flooring helps orient guests as they enter this vacation retreat. The kitchen is open to the rest of the living area. Enjoy the ocean views as you cook! The dining table seats 6 guests, all in personalized chairs. Are you the 'Lucky Ducky' or the 'Bikini Babe' or maybe the 'Beach Bum'? The adjacent living room has leather sofas and a TV with a VCR/DVD player. Cheery walls in primary colors just enhance the upbeat nature of this villa. The living room opens to the spacious deck, which is equipped with rocking chairs, a porch swing, and 'Hi-Spy' binoculars. The deck overlooks the beach and also the community common area, which has a pool, picnic tables, and a barbeque grill.



Each bedroom has its own theme. The regally appointed 'Camelot' bedroom features a queen bed and its own TV and private bath. Across the hall, the surf's up in the 'Hawaii' room. This room also has a queen bed and its own TV, and shares the full hall bath. The 'Tut Hut' bedroom whisks you back to ancient Egypt, but instead of the Nile and the Sahara outside your window, you have the beautiful wide Isle of Palms beach and the Atlantic Ocean. In addition to a queen bed, this Master bedroom has a twin sleep chair and a private bath, as well as private access to the spacious deck.



Each Dunescape Villa includes free parking, oceanfront deck, community pool, direct beach access, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems.

The lockbox assignment sheet is sent to NWFL and the LOC after hours MOD. Lockboxes are located under the drive thru next to the ResortQuest East Islands office. Guest can drive around the back of the building and pull in to the center lane of the drive-thru to retrieve their check in packet. An 800 number is posted on the lockboxes and on the front door if assistance is needed. There is also a sign on the front door directing guests to the lockbox location.
