This third floor oceanfront villa boasts full ocean views and access to a community swimming pool. The villa was renovated for the 2012 season. LIVING AREAS: The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to make your meals-just bring food! The kitchen island includes seating for four guests. The dining area seats six, and is adjacent to the living area. A flat screen TV with DVD player are available for your inside entertainment. Through the sliding glass doors, you can see the ocean in the background. On the balcony overlooking the community swimming pool and beach, you will find a table and 2 chairs along with additional lounge chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee, or an evening nightcap.
BEDROOMS: The first bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and has its own private full bath. Across the hall is a bedroom furnished with two twin beds and a trundle. This bedroom shares access to the full hall bath. The master suite is located off the living room, and is furnished with a king bed, a sleeper sofa and including its own flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors open to ocean views, and the private bathroom includes a double sink vanity, soaking tub, and separate shower.
Each 1140 Ocean Boulevard Villa includes free covered parking, deck, free access to community swimming pool, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems.

Guest can drive around the back of the building and pull in to the center lane of the drive-thru to retrieve their check in packet. An 800 number is posted on the lockboxes and on the front door if assistance is needed. There is also a sign on the front door directing guests to the lockbox location.
