The kitchen is separated from the living room by a breakfast bar, so the family chef doesn't have to miss out on all the fun while preparing meals or cleaning up after. A half-bath is conveniently located off the main hall. The master suite is furnished with a king bed and includes a private sitting room. The master bath has a double vanity, whirlpool tub, and separate shower. A second master suite also has a king bed and sitting area, plus a private bath.
SECOND FLOOR: A cozy upstairs bedroom furnished with a king bed shares a full hall bath with a bonus bedroom, furnished with a daybed and trundle, which offers ocean peeks between houses. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a king bed and shares a full hall bath with the fifth bedroom, which is furnished with a queen bed and includes built-in bookshelves and small ocean views. The second floor also has a den with a sleeper sofa, which opens to the second floor deck. Here, guests can enjoy the ocean breezes and partial ocean views.
Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service. Guest can drive around the back of the building and pull in to the center lane of the drive-thru to retrieve their check in packet. An 800 number is posted on the lockboxes and on the front door if assistance is needed. There is also a sign on the front door directing guests to the lockbox location.
