Located within just steps of the beach, as well as the shops and dining of the Isle of Palms Front Beach area, this non-smoking home features ocean views, a private swimming pool, and hardwood floors throughout. Other features include two master bedrooms, a whirlpool bathtub, a large gourmet kitchen, wireless internet access, and multiple decks, including a rooftop deck. GROUND FLOOR: The ground floor master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and a private bath. Another bedroom has two twin beds and a private bath. Both bedrooms have access to the rear deck and pool. FIRST FLOOR: The open, airy living room features partial ocean views from across the street, and has bead board wall detail, a gas fireplace, stereo, and flat-screen TV with VCR and DVD player as well as expanded tier cable. The dining room has a long table to accommodate up to twelve guests. Three additional guests can be seated at the breakfast bar separating the dining area from the kitchen. The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, and includes stainless steel appliances and two dishwashers and coffee makers. A bedroom furnished with two queen beds has a private bath. Another bedroom with two queen beds has access to a full hall bath.



SECOND FLOOR: The second-floor master bedroom has a king bed, a refrigerator, a private deck offering ocean views, and a private bath with a whirlpool tub. Two bedrooms on this level each have two queen beds and a private bath. A fourth bedroom has one queen bed and a private bath.



Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service. Guest can drive around the back of the building and pull in to the center lane of the drive-thru to retrieve their check in packet. An 800 number is posted on the lockboxes and on the front door if assistance is needed. There is also a sign on the front door directing guests to the lockbox location.
