Private Pool

This fantastic home offers a thoughtful design comprised of spacious living and sleeping areas, plus over 2300 square feet in deck space! It features hardwood floors, ceiling fans, high speed internet access, a telephone in every bedroom with free long distance within the continental U.S., a private pool, and partial ocean views from the top deck. Pool can be heated for $100 for 3 days, $200 4 to 7 days (heater is ineffective in COLD temperatures). Square Feet 4420

FIRST FLOOR: The traditional floor plan boasts an expansive family room with lots of plush seating and a large flat screen TV and DVD player. A round table is perfect for a mid afternoon snack or family game night. The spacious furnished deck and private swimming pool are just outside two sets of French doors. The dining area seats up to ten guests at the long farmhouse style table, and has bead board detailing around the walls. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, as well as custom cabinets and deck access. The breakfast bar at the kitchen island seats up to three guests. A half bath is available to service the living areas. Also on this level are two bedrooms, each furnished with a king bed and featuring a private bath. The first is decorated in dark woods, with a palm tree motif, the second in light woods, with a rich gold spread.



SECOND FLOOR On the second floor, the first bedroom is furnished with two queen beds. The palm tree motif is shown here, as well. This bedroom shares a Jack and Jill bath with another bedroom furnished with a king bed, and decorated with a colorful nautical theme. The remaining three bedrooms each have a king bed and private bath. In the third bedroom, rich dark woods are accented by crisp white bedclothes. The fourth bedroom has a sedate striped spread. The fifth bed is covered in rich warm brown. THIRD FLOOR On the third floor is the den, which includes a sleeper sofa, a wet bar, and a TV and DVD player. There is a full hall bath, which is shared by the three bedrooms on the third floor. There is a bedroom with a king bed, which has a tropical feel to it. A bedroom with two twin beds is decorated with sea horses and starfish. The final bedroom has a ship theme, with colorful bedding reminiscent of semaphore flags.



Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24 hour security in a gated community. After Hours Check-In Procedure:
If a guest does not arrive by 5PM their check in packet is placed in an assigned lockbox. The lockbox assignment sheet is sent to NWFL and the LOC after hours MOD. Lockboxes are located under the drive thru next to the ResortQuest East Islands office. Guest can drive around the back of the building and pull in to the center lane of the drive-thru to retrieve their check in packet. An 800 number is posted on the lockboxes and on the front door if assistance is needed. There is also a sign on the front door directing guests to the lockbox location.
