This is not a home to miss! Located on a quiet street less than two blocks from the beach, this sizeable home is only a few blocks from where writer and poet Edgar Allan Poe was stationed at Fort Moultrie. This fabulous home features hardwood floors, multiple living areas, a large outdoor hot tub, a private swimming pool, an outdoor shower, multiple decks, a playroom, high-speed internet access, a fax machine, and free long distance within the continental US. FIRST FLOOR The open floor plan on the first floor, perfect for socializing, features a cathedral ceiling and easy access to the swimming pool. There are two large living areas, one with a TV/VCR. This living area is adjacent to the dining room, which seats up to ten guests at the table. The other living area has a soaring cathedral ceiling, and opens to the furnished patio, which leads out to the swimming pool, and hot tub. The kitchen is open to the living/dining area, and has a kitchen island which seats three guests, a dining nook/game table which seats four, and an ice machine. The kitchen also opens onto the screened porch, which has two picnic tables that can seat up to six guests each. and a gas barbecue grill with side burner. To one side of the living area are two bedrooms, each with a king bed, that share a hall bath. To the other side of the kitchen is a spacious playroom with a TV/VCR and two sofas, which also opens out onto the deck.



SECOND FLOOR The second floor has a small sitting area at the head of the stairs, as well as four bedrooms. One bedroom offers a king bed, two bedrooms have a queen bed each, and one bedroom is furnished with two twin beds which share a hall bath. THIRD FLOOR There is a cozy open den at the head of the stairs, overlooking the first floor living area. Bookcases filled with books, and a table for playing games, offer plenty of distractions. This area also has access to the third floor deck, which overlooks the swimming pool area, and has a spiral staircase up to the fourth level deck, which has marvelous views of the pool and neighborhood. Two bedrooms both with a king beds, share a hall bath, while at the end of the hall is the master bedroom. The master bedroom of this home has an incredible custom king bed that dominates this high ceilinged room. A sliding glass door leads out to a private deck, also overlooking the swimming pool area. The master bath has a whirlpool tub and separate stall shower.
