This home is located on a quiet street on Sullivan's Island and is walking distance from the beach. Historic Fort Moultrie is only a few blocks away, and Edgar Allan Poe used the island as inspiration and backdrop for his story, The Gold Bug. With both a living room and a den, a large screened porch in front and spacious sunroom in the back, this home is a great island retreat. LIVING AREAS Guests enter this home through the front door, which is accessed through the furnished screened porch. The living room has two sofas, a stereo, and a TV with DVD player and expanded tier cable. The eat in kitchen has plenty of counter space, a large table that can seat six and a breakfast nook that seats four. A full hall bath with tub/shower combination is located off the breakfast nook. The den is located off the kitchen, and has a sleeper sofa and a TV with expanded tier cable. The back sun porch has plenty of seating, and is great for rainy days when kids have to stay inside to play, or open the windows and enjoy the ocean breezes in one of the provided rocking chairs. Steps from the sun porch lead right out to the large yard.



BEDROOMS Off the kitchen is a bedroom furnished with two twin beds. A doorway on the left wall of this bedroom leads to the master bedroom, which is furnished with a king bed and has its own TV and half bath. In the hall is a full bath, which has a shower/tub combination. On the other side of the hall bath is a bedroom furnished with a queen bed. On the right-hand wall is a doorway leading to the fourth bedroom, which is furnished with a king bed. This home is great for families that need to stay close to young children.



Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service.

After Hours Check-In Procedure:
If a guest does not arrive by 5PM their check in packet is placed in an assigned lockbox. The lockbox assignment sheet is sent to NWFL and the LOC after hours MOD. Lockboxes are located under the drive thru next to the ResortQuest East Islands office. Guest can drive around the back of the building and pull in to the center lane of the drive-thru to retrieve their check in packet. An 800 number is posted on the lockboxes and on the front door if assistance is needed. There is also a sign on the front door directing guests to the lockbox location.
