The home includes wireless internet access, 2 flat screen TVs, hardwood floors, a screened porch and covered deck on the first floor, and a sundeck on the second floor, as well as free access to the community pool. FIRST FLOOR: The living room of this beautiful home includes gleaming hardwood floors, a ceiling fan, and plenty of comfortable seating. Guests can slip through the glass-paneled doors to the furnished screened porch in the summer. The porch offers a dining table for four, as well as a sitting area, and beautiful views of the ocean over the fairway. Watch golfers tee off for the 18th hole of the exclusive Wild Dunes Links! Back inside the house, the dining area is open to the kitchen and living room, and seats six guests at the table. A breakfast bar divides the dining and kitchen areas, and seats four. The kitchen boasts granite counter tops, a ceiling fan, and the same hardwood floors that run through the rest of the living area. A half bath services the downstairs living space.



SECOND FLOOR: On the second floor are three bedrooms. The first has a queen bed and is decorated in peaceful blues. It has a full private bath. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, and includes its own TV and full private bath. The master suite has high ceilings and a ceiling fan, and is furnished with a king bed. A TV is available, and there is a small sitting area beside sliding glass doors leading to the second floor sundeck. The master suite includes a full private bath. LOFT: A fourth sleeping area can be accessed via a ladder. This simple loft room is furnished with a queen bed and an armchair, and is the perfect hideaway for teens or someone who needs privacy. This bedroom shares a bath with one of the bedrooms on the second floor.



Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment.
