This luxurious non-smoking home features ocean views from the panoramic sun deck. Amenities include a heated pool or hot tub. The pool and hot tub share a heater so the pool may be heated to 85 degrees, or guests can heat the hot tub up to 100 degrees, while leaving the pool unheated. Guests also enjoy a regulation size pool table, playground, a basketball goal in driveway, 40-foot putting green with chipping green and sand trap, and elevator, plus two laundry areas. With eleven bedrooms and ten-and-a-half baths, this home will accommodate twenty-six guests, making it a great place for family reunions. FIRST FLOOR: On the first floor are six of the eleven bedrooms. Down the hall to the right is a bedroom furnished with a queen bed and with its own TV. This bedroom shares a full Jack-and-Jill bath with two vanities and a stall shower, with a second bedroom furnished with a queen bed and its own TV. Next to it is a bedroom furnished with a queen bed, which has its own TV and a full private bath with stall shower. A fourth bedroom furnished with a queen bed has its own TV and a private bath with a stall shower. A fifth bedroom has a queen bed and TV, and shares a full private bath with a shower and tub combination with a bedroom with two extra long twin beds and its TV.



SECOND FLOOR: The second floor houses the magnificent great room with 22-foot vaulted ceilings, plus a wall of windows showing off the heated private pool. A circular sectional sofa is a great place to relax and watch the kids in the pool, or lounge with drinks in the evening. The billiards lounge opens to the pool area and features a full bath with stall shower and washer and dryer, a changing room, and an entertainment center with flat-screen TV and stereo, as well as two sleeper sofas. The pool and patio include rocking chairs, a barbeque grill, and a pool and hot tub with waterfall features. This floor also has four bedrooms, each with access to the deck or covered porch. A bedroom just off the foyer is the second floor master. Furnished with a king bed, this room includes access to the covered front deck, its own TV, and a private bath with whirlpool tub and separate stall shower. Beyond the great room are three more bedrooms. The first has a king bed and its own TV, and has a full private bath with a tub and shower combination. French doors open to the covered front deck. A full hall bath has a tub and shower combination, and is shared by the living areas. The next bedroom has a king bed, and its own TV, plus a private bath with a stall shower. French doors open to the covered front deck. The third of these bedrooms has a king bed and TV, plus a private bath with stall shower. French doors open to the pool and patio area.



THIRD FLOOR: The top floor of this outstanding home holds an open living area, including the family room with three sofas. A large flat screen TV with DVD player and expanded tier cable, and a stereo system make up the entertainment center. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has granite counters and a large island with a six-burner gas cook top and a breakfast bar which seats five guests. A butler's pantry also includes granite counters. The abundant dining area has two tables that seat ten guests each. A breakfast table seats four. A half bath services the living areas. The third floor master bedroom is furnished with two queen beds, and includes its own TV, a queen sleeper sofa, and a stunning private full bath with his and hers marble top vanities, an elegant claw foot tub, and a large separate shower. Several French doors from the living area and bedroom provide access to the ocean view covered deck, which has a set of stairs which head up to the rooftop sun deck.
