Located within the Pelican Bay neighborhood of Wild Dunes, guests of this home can enjoy an easy walk to the beach, free pool access and no fuss island living. With several vacation homes in the Pelican Bay neighborhood, this area is great for family reunions and group get togethers. Pelican Bay is a great home base for your beach days, ride a bike across the street to the ocean, head down to the Front Beach area of the Isle of Palms for lunch and shopping, and then hang out by the neighborhood swimming pool for a little relaxing fun in the sun. Guests can also fish in the lagoon located behind the home. Guests also enjoy access to wireless internet. Square Feet 1322



FIRST FLOOR Warm hardwood floors run throughout the living areas of this home. The living room has a sleeper sofa, and a TV with DVD player and expanded tier cable. The adjacent dining area has seating for six guests at the table, and includes a door leading out to the screened porch overlooking the lagoon. The screened porch offers al fresco dining, with a table for four. A gas grill is located on the sundeck, as well as rocking chairs and a couple of lounge chairs for sunbathing. The fully equipped kitchen is separated from the dining area by a pass through breakfast bar which seats two. The first floor master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and a flat screen TV, and has a full private bath.



SECOND FLOOR Two bedrooms are located on the second floor and share access to a hall bath. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the other is furnished with two twin beds.



Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24-hour security in a gated community. No Sportscard Wild Dunes amenities limited to golf, dining and bike trails. The wireless service requires a login and password, which is listed in the home. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems.

The lockbox assignment sheet is sent to NWFL and the LOC after hours MOD. Lockboxes are located under the drive thru next to the ResortQuest East Islands office. Guest can drive around the back of the building and pull in to the center lane of the drive-thru to retrieve their check in packet. An 800 number is posted on the lockboxes and on the front door if assistance is needed. There is also a sign on the front door directing guests to the lockbox location.
