Located just 150 yards from the beach, this cozy cottage style home features some slight ocean views, a reverse floor plan, hardwood floors, ceiling fans, and a private swimming pool! Other features include two screened porches, and a grill. Guest enjoys wireless internet access. Square Feet 2100. Sorry, but the fireplace is not available for guest use.
FIRST FLOOR The first bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and includes a romantic canopy and full private bath. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and includes a full private bath. The first floor master suite is furnished with a king bed and a private bath with double-sink vanity, separate water closet, and whirlpool tub and separate shower. The master suite also has private access to the screened porch by the swimming pool. There are two doors in the screened porch. One leads to the back yard, and one leads to steps going up to the furnished deck and pool, which has a waterfall feature and built in seating.
SECOND FLOOR The second floor is much larger than expected with an open floor plan consisting of living room, dining room and kitchen. The living area has hardwood floors and includes a stereo system, a TV with DVD player and expanded tier cable, and a collection of reading material and games. The living area opens up to screen porch which has a dining table for four and access to the pool via a small deck which has a barbeque grill. The dining area is adjacent to the living area and seats six guests at the table and an additional five at the breakfast bar that separates the dining area from the fully equipped kitchen, which has its own TV. There is one bedroom on the second floor. This room is furnished with a queen bed and shares access to the full hall bath with stall shower.
Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems.

Guest can drive around the back of the building and pull in to the center lane of the drive-thru to retrieve their check in packet. An 800 number is posted on the lockboxes and on the front door if assistance is needed. There is also a sign on the front door directing guests to the lockbox location.
