This nonsmoking villa offers good ocean views over the community swimming pool from the living room and decks! Amenities include free access to the community pool and access to wireless internet. From mid October thru mid March, this villa only allows monthly rentals, no short stays. Please call ResortQuest directly to book a month long stay. Square Feet 1385



FIRST FLOOR The living room has a loveseat and couch which are positioned to take in the ocean views. The entertainment center includes a TV with expanded tier cable, a DVD player, a stereo system, and a small collection of games. There is a writing desk for those who have to bring work with them during their stay. Sliding glass doors open to the furnished deck, which has a dining table for four and a cafe table for two. Enjoy dinner while listening to the music of the waves on the shore. The dining area is an extension of the living room, and seats six guests. Mealtime doesn't have to mean someone missing out on the party because they are relegated to the kitchen. A pass through between the kitchen and dining room helps keep everyone part of the action. A bedroom furnished with a king bed shares the full hall bath.



SECOND FLOOR At the head of the stairs is a bedroom furnished with two twin beds. This bedroom has its own TV and a full private bath. The master suite at the end of the hall is furnished with a king bed, and also has its own TV. The master bath has a stall shower. Large windows offer guests in the master bathroom a view of the ocean over the pool area.



Each Mariners Walk Villa includes free parking, screened porch or deck, free access to community swimming pool, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community. This home does NOT have a Wild Dunes Sports Card. Wild Dunes amenities are limited to golf, dining, community swimming pool and bike trails. The wireless service requires a login and password. Information is located on a tent card within the villa. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems.

The lockbox assignment sheet is sent to NWFL and the LOC after hours MOD. Lockboxes are located under the drive thru next to the ResortQuest East Islands office. Guest can drive around the back of the building and pull in to the center lane of the drive-thru to retrieve their check in packet. An 800 number is posted on the lockboxes and on the front door if assistance is needed. There is also a sign on the front door directing guests to the lockbox location.
