Located in the heart of the Front Beach area of the Isle of Palms in a community known as The Pavilion, this charming home features partial ocean views and free access to a community swimming pool. The beach is an easy walk away, as are restaurants and shopping. The vibrant city of Mount Pleasant is just across the Isle of Palms Connector Bridge, and historic downtown Charleston is only a few minutes away. Other amenities of this home include hardwood floors, gas fireplace, and sisal rugs. This six bedroom, four and a half bath home will accommodate up to twelve guests. Guests also enjoy access to wireless internet. Please note, this home will only allow Saturday to Saturday rentals during the summer season. Square Feet 3000



FIRST FLOOR The living room has lots of seating and includes a flat screen TV with expanded tier cable, and a DVD player. A gas fireplace with slate surround creates a focal point for the room. Plenty of windows let in lots of light, and give way to views of the lively neighborhood and oceanfront restaurants and shops. The dining area seats up to six guests and is adjacent to the living room. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a flat top range, granite countertops, and custom cabinets. The kitchen counter has a breakfast bar that can seat up to four guests. A half bath serves the living area. An additional full hall bath is available, and is shared by two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed.



SECOND FLOOR The large master suite is on the second floor, and is furnished with a king bed, and has a small sitting area. The master bath features a whirlpool tub and separate shower. Two additional bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed, share a hall bath. The fifth queen bedroom includes a full private bath.



Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems.

After Hours Check-In Procedure:
If a guest does not arrive by 5PM their check in packet is placed in an assigned lockbox. The lockbox assignment sheet is sent to NWFL and the LOC after hours MOD. Lockboxes are located under the drive thru next to the ResortQuest East Islands office. Guest can drive around the back of the building and pull in to the center lane of the drive-thru to retrieve their check in packet. An 800 number is posted on the lockboxes and on the front door if assistance is needed. There is also a sign on the front door directing guests to the lockbox location.
