Overlooking the community swimming pool and the Atlantic Ocean, this townhouse style villa offers great furnishings and granite countertops, as well as beautiful tile floors in the front foyer and kitchen. Additionally, there is Direct TV in the living room and both bedrooms. Square Feet 1236



FIRST FLOOR The living room is comfortably furnished and has a large flat panel TV with DVD and VCR, and a sleeper sofa. Sliding glass doors allow access to the furnished deck, which looks out over the ocean and has a private staircase to the swimming pool area. The dining area is adjacent to the living room, and seats up to 6 guests comfortably. The kitchen features all new cabinetry, appliances, granite countertops and a flat surface stove top. The downstairs bedroom has two twin beds and a flat panel TV with a built in DVD player, and shares the hall bath.



SECOND FLOOR The Master bedroom is located on the second floor, and is furnished with a four-poster king bed. Ocean views can be enjoyed from the windows, and there is a flat-screen TV with a DVD player. The Master bedroom has its own full bath. This villa does not have a Wild Dunes Sportscard. Wild Dunes' amenities are limited to golf, dining, and bike trails.



Each Seagrove Villa includes free parking, deck, free access to community swimming pool, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community.
