Located within the desirable Grand Pavilion neighborhood in Wild Dunes, this non smoking home offers free access to the Grand Pavilion community swimming pool complex. Features include hardwood floors, ceiling fans, and bead board walls. Another great feature of this near ocean home is that it has both a front and back screened porch, each porch running the length of the house. Please note that this home does not have a barbeque grill. Grilling is not allowed at this property. Square Feet 1720



LIVING AREAS The cozy living area boasts hardwood floors, bead board walls and vaulted ceilings. A leather sectional sofa provides plenty of seating, and the entertainment center offers a stereo and a flat screen TV with a DVD player, VCR and expanded tier cable. The adjacent dining area seats up to six guests, and is separated from the fully equipped kitchen by a breakfast bar, which seats four. Both the kitchen and dining area have doors that open onto the screened porch, which is a great place for dining al fresco, with a dining table that can seat up to six guests. Both the front and back screened porches have rocking chairs, making them great places to relax.



BEDROOMS A bedroom to one side of the living room features a king bed, its own flat screen TV with VCR, and a private bath with bathtub with separate shower. On the other side of the living room is the master bedroom, which is furnished with a king bed, has its own flat screen TV, private bath, and French doors that lead onto the screened porch. Down the hall is a bedroom with two twin beds which shares a full hall bathroom.



Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24 hour security in a gated community. This home does NOT have a Wild Dunes Sports Card. Wild Dunes amenities are limited to golf, regime pools, dining and bike trails.

Guest can drive around the back of the building and pull in to the center lane of the drive-thru to retrieve their check in packet. An 800 number is posted on the lockboxes and on the front door if assistance is needed. There is also a sign on the front door directing guests to the lockbox location.
