Features also include access to the Grand Pavilion cabana and pool complex, and a big flat screen TV in the living room. FIRST FLOOR The living room has hardwood flooring and bead board walls, plenty of seating, and a large flat-screen TV with surround sound, DVD player and expanded tier cable. The dining room will accommodate up to eight guests at the table, and three more at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has a ceiling fan, custom cabinets, and hardwood floors. Doors from the kitchen and dining room lead out to the screened porch, which runs almost the whole length of the house, and looks out over the lagoon and fountain. The furnished porch includes a dining table which seats up to six guests, and a large coffee table with seating for four. A first floor bedroom has its own deck access and TV, and is furnished with a queen bed. It shares the full hall bathroom with another bedroom furnished with a queen bed. This second bedroom also has its own TV, and has neighborhood views. The master bedroom is furnished with a four poster king bed, and features its own TV and private bath.
SECOND FLOOR On the second floor, there is a bedroom furnished with a queen bed which has its own TV. This bedroom shares the full hall bath with another bedroom that is furnished with three twin beds, one of which is built into the wall. This bedroom also has its own sofa and TV with expanded tier cable.
Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24 hour security in a gated community. The lockbox assignment sheet is sent to NWFL and the LOC after hours MOD. Lockboxes are located under the drive thru next to the ResortQuest East Islands office. Guest can drive around the back of the building and pull in to the center lane of the drive-thru to retrieve their check in packet. An 800 number is posted on the lockboxes and on the front door if assistance is needed. There is also a sign on the front door directing guests to the lockbox location.
