Enjoy great lagoon and fairway views in a quiet neighborhood only 500 yards from the beach! Overlooking the 13th green of the Wild Dunes Harbor Course, this non-smoking home features high speed internet access, a barbecue grill, and whirlpool tub. With four bedrooms and three baths, this home can accommodate up to eight guests. Square Feet 2300.



FIRST FLOOR: The foyer has lovely inlaid wood flooring, and flows into the main living area. The spacious kitchen includes a butcher block island, wrap-around counters, a built-in wine rack, and farmhouse-style sink. A stereo system is perched under the counters, enabling guests to set the mood with music. The breakfast bar separating the living room and kitchen will seat two guests, and the adjoining dining table can accommodate eight guests easily. Sliding glass doors lead out onto the screened porch, which has a cafe table for two, as well as additional seating. The sun deck includes a gas barbeque grill. The living room entertainment center includes a TV and DVD player, plus expanded tier cable. A den includes a daybed and trundle bed, a writing desk, and wall-mounted flat screen TV. The living areas share the full hall bath, which also connects to the study and includes a shower and tub combination.



SECOND FLOOR: Upstairs, the master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, and includes its own TV with DVD player and a full private bath complete with whirlpool tub, stall shower, and His and Hers vanities. A private balcony overlooks the fairway and lagoon. A second bedroom is furnished with a king bed, and shares a full Jack-and-Jill bath with stall shower with another bedroom furnished with two twin beds.



Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community. Internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems. No Sportscard-Wild Dunes amenities limited to golf, dining and bike trails.

Guest can drive around the back of the building and pull in to the center lane of the drive-thru to retrieve their check in packet. An 800 number is posted on the lockboxes and on the front door if assistance is needed. There is also a sign on the front door directing guests to the lockbox location.
