The beautiful resort-style private swimming pool is sure to be a favorite place for your family to hang out while on the island! Offering partial ocean views, this home's features include hardwood floors, a gourmet kitchen, and two decks. With seven bedrooms and six baths, this home accommodates up to twenty-two guests. FIRST FLOOR: The media room has two curved couches and a large flat-screen TV plus a hidden wet bar with refrigerator. Sliding glass doors open to the front deck and offer ocean views from across the street. The first floor master bedroom furnished with a king bed is across the foyer, and has great ocean views. The full private bath has a whirlpool tub and a stall shower, plus two vanities. Down the hall, a bedroom furnished with a king bed has its own private bath with a shower and tub combination. A cozy sitting area in the hall has French doors opening to the back deck where steps lead down to the back yard which has a private swimming pool and patio area. A gas grill is available, and guests can dine in the outdoor dining area under a pergola by the poolside. At the end of the hall is a bedroom furnished with two twin sleigh beds and equipped with its own full private bath with a stall shower. French doors open to the furnished back deck. Across the hall is a bedroom furnished with two queen beds. This bedroom shares a full Jack-and-Jill bath with a fifth bedroom furnished with a queen bed.
SECOND FLOOR: At the top of the stairs is the living room. An entertainment center includes a gas fireplace, stereo system, and flat screen TV with DVD player and expanded tier cable. A large sectional sofa provides lots of seating. In the nook by the windows, guests can curl up with a good book or conversation, or just enjoy the ocean views across the street. The dining area seats up to sixteen guests, and four more can sit at the granite-topped breakfast bar that divides the dining room from the kitchen. Sliding glass doors open to the furnished second floor deck. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliance and an island with a gas range. A full hall bath is shared with a bedroom furnished with two twin beds, two trundle beds, and a sleeper sofa. This bedroom has sliding glass doors opening to the furnished deck overlooking the swimming pool. The second floor master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, and includes a sitting room with a sleeper sofa. The master bath includes a dual sink vanity, a whirlpool tub and separate shower. Sliding glass doors lead out to the furnished deck, where a set of spiral stairs leads up to the rooftop deck which has views all the way from the Intracoastal Waterway to the Atlantic Ocean. THIRD FLOOR: Steps lead up to the third floor, where a small sundeck offers incredible ocean views.
Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service.
