Located a short walk away from a community pool and the beach access, this spacious home features beautiful marsh views with partial golf and Intracoastal Waterway views. This home offers such amenities gas fireplace, gas grill, and much more! Guests have free access to the neighborhood pool. Square Feet 4672.



The first floor has the main living spaces. The living room has hardwood floors, large projection screen TV with DVD, a gas fireplace, and a grand piano. The living room opens onto the expansive deck with marsh views and partial golf course and Intracoastal Waterway views. The kitchen offers such luxuries as granite counters, tile floors, seating for six at the counter and opens onto the screened porch with a gas grill for cooking out. The dining area is located off the kitchen and has plenty of seating. The den also has hardwood floors and offers a sleeper sofa for additional bedding. A bedroom with a king bed and private bath is located on this floor.



The second floor has the remaining bedrooms. The master suite is truly luxurious with a king bed, TV, gas fireplace, two sleeper sofas and private balcony. The master bath has dual steam shower. The next bedroom has a king bed and also it has a private balcony and has access to a hall bath. A bedroom with a queen bed also has access to a hall bath. The fifth and sixth bedrooms each have a queen bed and their own private bath.

Please note: stays of 3 nights or less will incur an additional $385 clean fee.



Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community. This home does not have a Wild Dunes Sports Card. Wild Dunes amenities are limited to golf, dining, community swimming pool and bike trails.
