Private Pool

This luxurious non-smoking home features a reverse floor plan and a private pool. [Pool can be heated for $100 for 3 days, $200 4-7 days.] Other features include ocean views from the top deck, high speed internet access, and an elevator. With nine bedrooms and seven baths, this home will accommodate up to 20 guests. Internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems. Square Feet: 4000



FIRST FLOOR: The first floor has six bedrooms. The first bedroom has two queen beds, TV, and private bath. The second bedroom has two queen beds, queen sized sleeper sofa, TV, and private bath. A bedroom with a king bed and TV, shares a bath that has a Jacuzzi tub and glass enclosed shower with another bedroom that has a queen bed and TV. The bedroom with the king bed and TV also shares a bath with another bedroom that has a set of bunk beds and TV.



SECOND FLOOR: The second floor has the main living areas, which includes a huge kitchen, dining room, great room area with queen sleeper sofa, and three bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed, full sized futon, TV and private bath, while the other bedroom with the king bed has a queen sized sleeper sofa, TV, and private bath. The final bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. All bathrooms have ceramic floors and showers, and granite counter tops.



Each home includes: free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service.

After Hours Check-In Procedure:
If a guest does not arrive by 5PM their check in packet is placed in an assigned lockbox. The lockbox assignment sheet is sent to NWFL and the LOC after hours MOD. Lockboxes are located under the drive thru next to the ResortQuest East Islands office. Guest can drive around the back of the building and pull in to the center lane of the drive-thru to retrieve their check in packet. An 800 number is posted on the lockboxes and on the front door if assistance is needed. There is also a sign on the front door directing guests to the lockbox location.
