This beautiful, luxurious, Italianate six bedroom, six and half bath home features a private pool and panoramic ocean views. The home contains original artwork and construction throughout. The spacious pool is within a fenced in yard. Among a few of the amenities this home offers are wireless internet access, outdoor shower, and hot tub.



First Floor: The main living areas are all located on the first floor. The living has ocean views and one of a kind artwork on the walls. The living room is adjacent to a wine bar. The living also offers hardwood floors, flat screen TV with DVD, and access to the ocean view deck. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, hardwood floors wine cooler, gas stove, double ovens, and a top of the line espresso maker. The kitchen, which also has deck access, features seating for six at the island. The dining, which is open to the kitchen and living area, has deck access and offers seating for 8. The master suite offers a king bed, TV with DVD and private bath, as does the second bedroom on this floor.



Second Floor: The remaining bedrooms are located on the second floor. All four bedroom have a king bed, TV with DVD and their own private bath. A den on this floor offers additional space to curl up and relax.



This home does not have a Wild Dunes Sports Card. Wild Dunes amenities are limited to golf, dining, community swimming pool and bike trails.



Each home includes: free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service.
