This very comfortable, family friendly, three bedroom, two bath home is within an easy walk to the beach and features a fenced in yard. This home can accommodate up to eight guests. Other features include 3 TV's, wireless internet access, and a wraparound driveway for extra parking. Please note: stays less than 4 nights will incur a departure cleaning fee.

The living area with hardwood floors is open to the dining area with seating for six. The fully equipped kitchen is located nearby. A den with 32 inch LCD TV has sliding doors that open onto the patio. The den also has a full sized futon which provides additional bedding. The washer and dryer can be accessed via an exterior door of the home off of the patio.

The master suite has a Queen bed and 24 inch LCD TV, attached bath and large walk-in closet. The second bedroom also has a Queen bed and has access to the hall bath. The last bedroom has a King bed, 24 inch LCD TV, and access to the hall bath.

Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service. The wireless service requires a login and password. Contact the front desk about the login information. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems.

After Hours Check-In Procedure:
If a guest does not arrive by 5PM their check in packet is placed in an assigned lockbox. The lockbox assignment sheet is sent to NWFL and the LOC after hours MOD. Lockboxes are located under the drive thru next to the ResortQuest East Islands office. Guest can drive around the back of the building and pull in to the center lane of the drive-thru to retrieve their check in packet. An 800 number is posted on the lockboxes and on the front door if assistance is needed. There is also a sign on the front door directing guests to the lockbox location.
