This marvelous reverse floorplan home is filled with lots of tropical fabrics, rich woods, and natural textures. FIRST FLOOR: The master suite of this wonderful home is furnished with a king bed, decorated with beautiful Bird-of-Paradise flowers, has private access onto the first floor deck, and offers a TV, VCR and DVD player. There is a private dressing room off the private bath, which includes a whirlpool tub and separate 2-head stall shower. The second master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and decorated in serene, aquatic blues, and features a TV and DVD player, and a full private bath. A third bedroom furnished with two double beds, has a decor reminiscent of the pearlescent inside of a conch shell, also offers deck access, and a TV, VCR and DVD player. This bedroom also has a full private bath. A fourth bedroom furnished with a queen bed is located by the elevator, and is decorated with tropical woods and rich green tones. It has its own TV and DVD player, and a full private bathroom.



SECOND FLOOR: The second floor is the heart of this home. The fifth bedroom, decorated in rich greens, is furnished with two twin beds and has a full private bath. There is a recreation alcove with a synthesizer organ and card table which seats four guests, as well as a billiard room, both of which feature partial ocean views. There is also a half-bath off the hall. The living/dining room has a TV, VCR and DVD player, and comfortable furniture. It opens to the deck, which has nice partial ocean views. The dining area seats eight and also opens to the furnished deck. The modern kitchen is separated from the living/dining room by an island bar which seats four, and also houses a vegetable sink. There is a five-eye, flat-top stove, and an ice maker, as well. Enjoy the partial ocean views while cooking dinner! THIRD FLOOR: The third floor of this lovely home is comprised of a rooftop deck, accessed by a spiral stair from the second floor deck. It's perfect for sunbathing or just enjoying the amazing ocean views!
