Located just 100 yards from the beach path, this single-level non-smoking home features hardwood floors and ceiling fans throughout. Other features are an outside shower, a furnished screened porch, a deck with gas grill, wireless internet access, and parking under the house. ONE LEVEL The bright, spacious living room of this beautiful home is graced with a high ceiling with ceiling fan, and includes comfortable furnishings, a fireplace, built-in bookshelves, and an entertainment system which includes a TV, VCR and CD/stereo. The living area opens to a furnished screened porch seats up to 4. The dining area seats up to 6 and provides easy access to a deck with gas grill, as well as the sunny eat in kitchen which also seats up to 6 with skylight and breakfast bar with seating for 2. A cozy bedroom with 2 Twins beds with a small TV and VCR shares a full hall bath with a second bedroom providing a Double bed with its own TV/VCR. The master bedroom offers a Queen bed also enjoys its own TV and VCR, a full bath with whirlpool tub and stall shower, and private door to the sun deck and screen porch.
