This cozy home, located on a quiet street, is just a three minute walk to the beach. Outstanding features include custom flooring in the living and dining rooms, a wood-burning fireplace, and partial ocean views between homes. With three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths, this home will accommodate up to eight guests. FIRST FLOOR This friendly home welcomes guests and offers comfortable accommodations for you and your family. From the foyer, guests can proceed to the living room, complete with TV with DVD player and CD/Stereo system. Step out onto the spacious screened porch, which is furnished with a porch swing, comfortable rockers, and a table for six to enjoy the food cooked on the barbeque grill located on the perimeter deck that surrounds the screened porch. Back in the house, the dining area table seats eight and segues into the kitchen, with its blue and white color scheme reminiscent of the Mediterranean. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar which seats two guests, and access to the screened porch. A set of stairs joins the first floor and second floor from the deck area, as well.
SECOND FLOOR The master bedroom of this inviting home is furnished with a king bed and has its own private bath. This bedroom has vaulted ceilings and a small loft area, and opens to the second floor deck, which has partial ocean views. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and also has a high ceiling, loft and deck access, as well as a partial ocean view from the bedroom. It shares the hall bath with the third bedroom, which is furnished with two double beds.
Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems.

Guest can drive around the back of the building and pull in to the center lane of the drive-thru to retrieve their check in packet. An 800 number is posted on the lockboxes and on the front door if assistance is needed. There is also a sign on the front door directing guests to the lockbox location.
