This four bedrooms and two baths has a large yard and is within walking distance of the beach. Guests enjoy two decks, including one with a gas grill, and screened porch which provide outdoor living space. Guests also have access to wireless internet.



First Floor The main living areas are located on the first floor. The living room offers flat screen TV, and deck access. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters and tile floors. The dining, which is open to the kitchen and living room, offers seating for eight. A den with flat screen TV and a Blue Ray DVD player has sleeper sofa which offers additional bedding. The deck, with a gas grill, and the screened porch offer outside living space and are located on this floor. Three of the floor bedrooms are located on the first floor also. They all have access to the hall bath. The first bedroom features a queen bed, while the second bedroom has two twin beds. The remaining bedroom on this floor has duo bunk bed with a twin on top, double on the bottom.



Second Floor The master suite is located on the second floor. The master bedroom has a king bed and access to the deck while the master bath has a whirlpool tub. A loft located on this floor has vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, flat screen TV with DVD, and opens onto the second floor deck.



Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community. Guest can drive around the back of the building and pull in to the center lane of the drive-thru to retrieve their check in packet. An 800 number is posted on the lockboxes and on the front door if assistance is needed. There is also a sign on the front door directing guests to the lockbox location.
