GROUND FLOOR: The ground-floor mother-in-law suite has two twin beds and a full bath and shower room. Window air condidtioner and separate entrance. This room has no central heat, therefore it is not usable during winter months.



SECOND FLOOR: The living room and sunroom are each furnished with a queen sleeper sofa. The first-floor master bedroom has a king bed and a private bath. A bedroom with a bedroom with a queen bed shares a hall bath with a bedroom equipped with two twin beds.



Each home includes: free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service.
