This beautiful, custom built Victorian style home has three spacious decks off the ocean side of the home. The third floor is an enclosed widows walk with 360 degree views of the ocean. Guests enjoys such amenities as a gas grill, private heated pool (cannot be heated October through March), and access to wireless internet. Square Feet: 3068



First Floor: The living room has hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, flat screen TV with DVD, and opens onto the deck. The kitchen has granite counters and tile floors. The kitchen also offers seating for four at the island. The dining room, open to the kitchen and living room, has seating for eight. Two bedrooms on this floor, each have a king bed and access to a hall bath. Guests enjoy access to a private pool which can be heated October through March.



Second Floor: The master suite has king bed, TV, and deck access. The master bath has a whirlpool tub. The second bedroom on this floor has a king bed, TV, and access to a hall bath. The remaining bedroom has two bunk beds and access to a hall bath.



Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment.
