This custom built, reverse floor plan home, which is located across the road from the beach, has a huge deck, cabana, heated pool and full bath all on the roof! Guests in this home enjoy a myriad of amenities, including a gas grill, outdoor shower, elevator, high speed internet access, gourmet kitchen, and wet bar. PLEASE NOTE: The pool will NOT be heated in July or August. With nine bedrooms and ten and half bathrooms, this home can accommodate up to twenty people. Square Feet 4200.



LIVING AREAS: The fully equipped kitchen at the head of the stairs on the second floor includes stainless steel appliances, granite counters, a kitchen island, and custom bead board cabinetry. The breakfast bar seats three guests, and separates the kitchen from the dining area. Two large tables will each accommodate eight guests, but can seat up to ten in a pinch, and most seats have ocean views. The living area is on the other side of the elegant central stairway. The cheery blue and white decor of the nautical-themed living room is brightened by accents of red. A sleeper sofa offers an additional place for guests to stay. A TV with expanded tier cable and DVD player, and a stereo are available for your entertainment. There is a granite topped wet bar as well, complete with ice maker and wine chiller. Doors lead out to the furnished deck, which has two dining tables which each seat four guests, and rocking chairs for relaxing an enjoying the neighborhood views. On the third floor is a spacious sundeck with plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing. The swimming pool can be heated from September through June. A gas grill is located outside near the covered dining area where guests can dine al fresco.



BEDROOMS: To the right of the front door is a bedroom furnished with two queen beds and has its own TV. The full private bath includes granite counter and a stall shower. Across the hall is another bedroom, furnished with a king four poster bed, which has its own TV and French doors opening to the front porch. The full private bath includes granite counter and a shower/tub combination with a whirlpool tub and rainfall showerhead. A third bedroom furnished with a king bed and featuring its own TV is just down the hall on the right, and has a full private bath with granite counter and shower/tub combination. Across the hall is a fourth bedroom, also furnished with a king bed and including its own TV. This bedroom has a full private bath with stall shower and granite counter. At the end of the hall is a fifth bedroom, furnished with two twin beds, which has its own TV and private full bath with granite counter and stall shower. Across the hall, the sixth bedroom also has two twin beds and its own TV, and has a full private bath with granite counter and stall shower. On the second floor, behind the kitchen, there are two bedrooms each with queen beds, their own TVs and full baths with stall showers with rainfall showerheads. One of these baths is shared with the rest of the living area. The third floor bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and includes a TV, a sleeper sofa and full bath with stall shower.



Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service. An 800 number is posted on the lockboxes and on the front door if assistance is needed. There is also a sign on the front door directing guests to the lockbox location.
