This 2nd floor villa has fantastic views of the Cougar Point golf course. Hardwood and tile floors along with granite countertops, new appliances and top-notch electronics make this a real luxury villa. Upscale doors, baseboard and crown molding decorate each room. Ceiling fans help keep you comfortable. Plantation shutters keep the rooms cool and add a touch of the South Carolina Lowcountry. Recessed lighting with dimmer switches sets the mood for your luxury vacation. The location is close to the main gate and the Kiawah Island Beach is a short four minutes away, while the West Beach shopping area is an easy ten minute walk. The villa is located adjacent to a bike path, giving you access to over twenty miles of walking/biking paths on the island. Please note: This villa only rents from Saturday to Saturday during the summer months.



The kitchen features hardwood cabinets, granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen adjoins the dining area with seating for six. The living area features a wall-mounted 47-inch HD flat panel television and DVD player with access to the deck overlooking the 16th fairway. The east facing deck allows a shaded, comfortable location for afternoon cocktails while watching golfers finish their game. The bedroom master suite has its own view of the golf course. A 32-inch HD wide screen TV is wall mounted for easy viewing from anywhere in the room. A walk-in closet helps keep your room neat and orderly. The tile master bath has a large walk-in shower with beautiful fixtures and cabinetry. The second bedroom is also beautifully appointed with new twin beds, furniture and bedding. The second bedroom shares access to the hall bath, which is also remodeled to luxury standards and has a tile shower and tub combination.



The VOIP phone service includes free long distance for the US and Canada. The wireless service requires a login and password for your internet security. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems.



Each Fairway Oaks villa includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24-hour security in a gated community.
