This recently renovated oceanfront villa features great views from both the living room and master bedroom. Guests enjoy wireless internet access. As the name implies you will be staying near the sound of the surf for rest and relaxation. Kiawah Island boasts 30 plus miles of paved bicycle trails making it an easy jaunt to Night Heron Park's green spaces and playgrounds. Bike trails also extend all the way to Freshfields Village. Kiawah Island's beautiful 10 miles of hard packed beach are also perfect for bike riding, plus, walking, shelling or simply sunning. Square Feet 1012.



The living room, with sleeper sofa, is open to the dining room and has deck access. The kitchen has upgraded appliances.



The master bedroom with TV has a completely renovated bath. The twin bedroom has a private access to the hall bath which has been completely renovated.



Each Windswept Villa includes: free parking, deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24-hour security in a gated community.
