Vacation in comfort, just steps from the beach! This nonsmoking, first floor, oceanfront villa offers some beautiful ocean views, as well as views of the surrounding dunes. A screened porch allows easy beach access, with steps to the boardwalk. Each of the three bedrooms has its own TV. This villa has high speed internet access. Square Feet 1668.



The living room features new laminate flooring and has plenty of comfortable seating. The contemporary furnishings and calming neutral color pallet give an air of easy elegance to this villa. There is a flat-screen TV and DVD player. Sliding glass doors open to the deck, which has a private boardwalk leading down to the beach. Enjoy ocean views from both the deck and the living room. The adjoining dining area seats up to six guests around the table. The lovely flooring continues in the kitchen, which also has granite counters and a stainless steel kitchen island. A door from the kitchen opens to the furnished screened porch. Enjoy dining to the peaceful sound of the ocean's waves, or unwind with a cup of coffee or evening aperitif.



The master suite is furnished with a king bed, and features a small sitting area, flat-screen TV, and a private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and includes its own flat-screen TV and private bath. The third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, plus has its own flat-screen TV and private bathroom.



Each oceanfront Seascape villa includes free parking, screened porch or sunroom, deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24-hour security in a gated community, and direct beach access. The Seascape complex has neighborhood wireless internet service provided by the Seascape Homeowner's Association. A username and password will be provided at check-in. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computers or guarantee availability of the service.
