Walk out the door and down the steps to your very own beach access! This first floor, oceanfront villa has partial ocean views over the dunes, from the living room and master bedroom. This professionally decorated villa features pine flooring and also has high speed wireless internet access and HBO. Square Feet 1668.



The main living area has an open floor plan adjoining living, dining and kitchen areas. The living room is decorated in cool shades of sage and cream, inviting guests to relax and enjoy a movie on the flat-screen LCD TV, curl up with a good book, or just relish time with family and friends. Sliding glass doors open to the furnished deck. The adjacent dining area seats up to 8 guests comfortably, and looks out over the dunes towards the Atlantic Ocean. The kitchen offers a center island with bar seating for three guests. Stainless steel appliances create a sleek, contemporary look. A work area adjoining the kitchen features a desk and phone, as well as wireless internet access.



The master suite is furnished with a king bed, and features a sitting area and a television with a DVD/VCR combination. Guests can enjoy ocean views from the window. The master bath includes custom cabinetry plus his and hers sinks. There is a queen bed in the second bedroom, which also features a sitting area with a TV and VCR. The bright third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. Both of these bedrooms have access to a private full bath.



Each oceanfront Seascape Villa includes free parking, screened porch or sunroom, deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24-hour security in a gated community, and direct beach access. The Seascape Complex has neighborhood wireless internet service provided by the Seascape Homeowner's Association. A username and password will be provided at check-in. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computers or guarantee availability of the service.
