Located in West Beach Village, and an easy walk from the beach, this home's amenities include a playroom with foosball table, TV/VCR and sleeper sofa, wireless internet access, and an outdoor shower for a quick rinse-off after the beach. With several decks and screened porches and more than one common area, this home is a great choice a multi-family vacation. With a beach access at the end of Low Oak Woods Road, getting the whole gang back and forth to the ocean is trouble free by foot or bike. This sprawling, six bedroom, five-and-a-half bath home can accommodate up to fourteen guests. Square Feet 4106.



FIRST FLOOR: The living room has a wall of windows and a peaked ceiling. The large sectional couch is great for enjoying conversation. A fireplace with marble surround is the focal point of the room. There is a stereo, as well. The dining area will accommodate up to eight guests at the table, but there is additional seating for eight on the other side of the kitchen, at a small table and the breakfast bar. The kitchen has a butcher block island, and stainless steel appliances. The family room is off the kitchen, and has plenty of seating, a sleeper sofa, and a flat-screen TV with expanded tier cable and DVD player. There is a half-bath off the family room. A wonderful wrap-around deck is accessed from the family room, and has a screened porch featuring a porch swing and a table where four to six guests can eat comfortably.



SECOND FLOOR: At the top of the stairs is a playroom featuring a ping pong table, small foosball table, a TV and VCR, and other books and games. This room has a sleeper sofa, and a full bath. A bedroom with two twin beds includes built-in bookshelves, and shares the full hall bath with the playroom. Another bedroom furnished with a double bed shares the full hall bath, as does a third bedroom furnished with two twin beds, which also has a desk. The second floor master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, and has a full bath with whirlpool tub. .



THIRD FLOOR: On the third floor, there is a bedroom with four twin beds. This bedroom has built-in bookshelves and several books. This bedroom shares a full bath with the third floor master bedroom. The third floor master is furnished with a king bed, a crib and a large desk. It has high ceilings, a bookshelf with a small library, and a window seat.



Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment.
