This lovely, contemporary home is situated on the marsh, and features both fairway and marsh views. The main living room includes a sectional sofa and HDTV with expanded tier cable. French doors open to the furnished deck, where guests will find a gas barbeque grill and a dining table for two. The dining area has seating for six, and the eat-in kitchen includes a breakfast table for six, located between the living area and the kitchen, and a breakfast bar with seating for two. The custom kitchen includes bead board cabinetry. Upstairs, the media room has a comfortable sectional sleeper sofa, and a large flat-screen TV, with a DVD player and expanded tier cable. A bookshelf holds several selections, and a ceiling fan keeps the room cool on hot summer days.



The master bedroom on the first floor is furnished with a king bed. This bedroom includes a ceiling fan, TV with expanded tier cable, and private access to the back deck. The master bath includes a soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom, located on the second floor, is furnished with a king bed as well as a daybed with trundle, and has its own TV. It also has a private bath. The third bedroom also is furnished with a king bed, and includes a daybed with trundle. Like the other two bedrooms, this one has its own TV and private bath. The fourth and final bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, and has its own TV and private bath as well.
