Stroll under a bower of Spanish moss and up the front steps, then through the double doors to this waterfront Kiawah home. Located behind the second gate in the exclusive Vanderhorst Plantation area of the island, this home features a whirlpool bathtub, a fireplace, lagoon views, a screened porch, a deck with a gas barbeque grill, and an outside shower. Guests in this home also have access to high speed internet and wireless internet access. With three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths, this home has bedding for six guests but will allow eight. Square Feet 2416.



FIRST FLOOR: The living area is a great place for family gatherings. Guests have use of the gas fireplace, and Sliding glass doors open out to the large furnished deck and screened porch, with barbeque grill and plenty of seating for everyone. Lots of windows let in the sun as well as reveal great lagoon views. The dining area seats up to eight guests, and is separated from the eat-in kitchen by a banquette. The kitchen table seats six. The first-floor master suite is furnished with a queen bed, TV, and includes private access to the furnished deck. The master bath includes a double sink vanity, bathtub along with a large walk-in tiled shower. The shower has an interior seat and recessed shelves. Both the bathtub and shower and regular water heads and hand held shower heads.



SECOND FLOOR: There are two bedrooms on the second floor. The first of these bedrooms has two twin beds and a small sitting area, plus access to a furnished second-floor deck. This bedroom shares the full hall bath with the third bedroom, which is also furnished with two twin beds.



Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. The wireless service operates on a network that requires password (supplied at the house) but provides no network security.
