This lovely contemporary home is located just a short walk from the beach, and features ceiling fans throughout, wireless internet access, views of the 12th tee-box of the Turtle Point Golf Course, and a deck with a gas grill for outdoor summer cooking! Families can spread out, with a furnished loft providing a great space for kids to watch TV or play a board game, away from the main living room, but within sight of the grown-ups. The casual, nautical decor is carried throughout most of the home. With four bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths, this home accommodates up to ten guests. Square Feet 2461.



FIRST FLOOR: The spacious living area has a vaulted ceiling and features a wood-burning fireplace, TV and DVD player, and lovely hardwood floors. A door leads out to the furnished deck, which has a gas grill and great views of the fairway. The eat-in kitchen has a dining table that seats six, as well as seating for two at the island breakfast bar. A half bath serves the family areas. A small table behind the couch in the living area can seat three more. The first-floor master suite is furnished with a Queen bed, and has its own TV. The private master bath includes a garden tub and separate shower.



SECOND FLOOR: Upstairs is a loft den area which overlooks the living area downstairs. In addition to a TV and DVD player, the den has a little table great for playing games. One second-floor bedroom is furnished with two double beds and has a TV, plus a private full bath. Another bedroom has one Queen bed, and a full private bath with walk-in shower. A third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, a flat screen TV, and also has a full private bath with walk-in shower.



Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community.
