Just a block and a half from the beach, this thoughtfully decorated villa is a comfortable retreat near Kiawah's East Beach. The first floor villa features granite counter tops, great cabinets and appliances, as well as wireless internet access. Relax on the screened porch overlooking the lagoon, or take a short stroll to the beach. The bike path runs right by these villas, making the trip to the beach or anywhere else on the island simply a breeze! Bike trails also extend all the way to Freshfields Village. Kiawah Island's beautiful 10 miles of hard packed beach are also perfect for bike riding, plus, walking, shelling or simply sunning.This one-bedroom, one-bath villa will accommodates up to three guests. LIVING AREAS: The open living area has tile floors and offers a flat screen LCD TV, DVD and plenty of comfortable seating. The queen sized sleeper sofa in the living area provides sleeping accommodations for one extra guest. The screened porch is accessed via sliding glass doors. The porch overlooks the neighboring lagoon and bike path, and includes a cafe table for two, and has two additional deck chairs. Guests can take pleasure in morning coffee or an afternoon snack while enjoying the view. The dining area seats four. The fully equipped kitchen includes a tile backsplash and granite counters, as well as custom cabinets.



BEDROOM: The bedroom is furnished with a king bed and includes its own flat screen LCD TV. The bathroom can be accessed from the hall or the bedroom, and has all new cabinets and fixtures, and features a tiled shower and tub combination and granite vanity.



Each Mariners Watch villa includes free parking, screened porch, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24-hour security in a gated community.
