First Floor--There is a spacious main living area which features a large flat panel TV and wood-burning fireplace, and opens to the screened-in porch. In the garage, a ping pong table is available. The living area is open to the large eat-in kitchen, perfect for cooking and entertaining. Amenities include stainless steel appliances and gorgeous granite countertops. There is a breakfast table and sectional sofa for morning coffee or evening glasses of wine. One of the many special details of this house is that an additional full bathroom with a large walk-in shower is located just behind the kitchen. Also off of the main living space is a den with another flat panel TV, books to read, and a large comfortable sectional sofa to lounge on. The first floor has a king bedroom suite with 32" flat panel TV. The en suite bath includes a double vanity and large walk-in shower. A second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and shares a Jack-and-Jill bath with a third bedroom which has two full beds.



Second floor- Walk up the grand stairway to a charming room with a daybed and 27" TV. This is perfect for a young child or the last minute additional house guest. Follow the curved landing to the master bedroom. This subdued retreat invites relaxation, with a four poster king bed, club chair and ottoman for quiet reading. The master bathroom has the feel of an elegant spa. An oversized soaking tub, large walk-in shower and double glass vessel sinks will surely make anyone feel pampered and special. The home will be able to accommodate 11 guests.
