Relax in comfort, just steps away from the ocean waves. This townhouse-style villa, located on the fourth and fifth floors of the building, features full Atlantic Ocean views. Beautiful bamboo flooring runs throughout the villa. Kiawah Island boasts 30 plus miles of paved bicycle trails making it an easy jaunt to Night Heron Park's green spaces and playgrounds. Bike trails also extend all the way to Freshfields Village. Kiawah Island's beautiful 10 miles of hard packed beach are additionally perfect for bike riding, plus, walking, shelling or simply sunning. Guests also enjoy access to wireless internet. FIRST LEVEL: The living room features high ceilings with tall windows looking out over the Atlantic Ocean. Sliding glass doors open to the furnished deck, which overlooks the beach and water. What a great place to enjoy your morning cup of Joe! The fireplace with its stone surround creates a lovely focal point for the room. A 42-inch LCD TV and DVD player are available, as well. The living area's palate is reminiscent of the sand and the sky that can be viewed through the windows. The adjacent dining area seats up to six guests, and offers partial ocean views. The adjacent gourmet kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and offers seating for two to three guests at the breakfast bar. A bedroom furnished with two twin beds with private access to hall bath is also on this level.



SECOND LEVEL: The loft area has a desk and 2 comfortable seats which afford beautiful views of the ocean. The custom wrought iron railing mimics the ocean's waves. The master suite is located off the loft area, and features a wall-mounted 20-inch LCD TV and wonderful ocean views. The master bathroom has granite counters, Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Rich fabrics and muted colors create a comfortable haven to retreat to at the end of the day.



Each Windswept Villa includes free parking, deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24-hour security in a gated community. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security.
