Close to the beach, this non smoking home located in the exclusive Vanderhorst Plantation area of Kiawah Island, and features hardwood floors, skylights, ceiling fans, lagoon views and multiple decks. FIRST FLOOR The high ceilinged living room has hardwood floors and includes a sleeper sofa and flat panel TV with DVD player and expanded tier cable. This room is a great place to gather to watch a movie or just enjoy each others' company. The adjacent dining area can seat up to ten guests at the table, and has access to the furnished back deck. To one side of the dining area is the kitchen, which includes skylights, a cooking island with a separate griddle, and plenty of room for food preparation. On the other side of the dining area, the den has lagoon views and deck access. There is a table great for a board game or a snack. The den looks out over the lagoon. The master suite is furnished with a king four poster bed, has a separate seating area with its own TV, and a private bath with double sinks and a whirlpool tub. A second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, and shares the full hall bath with the third bedroom. This third bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and includes its own TV.



SECOND FLOOR Just outside the living room is a cast iron spiral staircase leading up to the fourth loft bedroom. At the top of this stairway is a fourth bedroom, furnished with a set of bunk beds. This room has its own TV and enjoys a private sundeck as well as a private full bath.



Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24 hour security in a gated community.
