This first floor villa offers maritime forest wooded views of scenic Kiawah Island. Located on the ocean side of Sea Forest Drive, just behind the oceanfront Windswept villas, this property includes tile flooring throughout the villa, wireless internet access, a covered deck, and a short 75-yard walk to the beach. The Night Heron Park and playground is located just a block away, making this an ideal spot for nature lovers as well as small families. A leisurely stroll takes guests to the East Beach Town Center, about six blocks away. Square Feet 742.



LIVING AREAS: The living room of this comfortable villa includes plenty of seating and has a sleeper sofa. The entertainment center includes a 37-inch wall-mounted flat panel TV with DVD player and expanded tier cable. A stereo with CD player is available as well. Sliding glass doors lead out to the furnished covered deck, where guests can relax with a morning cup of coffee or an evening aperitif. The views overlook the landscaped grounds and bike path leading to the beach. The adjacent dining area seats four guests, and is separated from the galley kitchen by a granite counter pass-through. The kitchen has upgraded appliances and granite counters.



BEDROOM: The bedroom is furnished with a king bed, and includes its own TV and DVD player Sliding glass doors lead out onto the furnished deck. The bathroom includes a granite dual sink counter, a separate water closet, and a shower and tub combination with a glass tile window to preserve privacy but let in natural light.



Each Windswept villa includes free parking, deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24-hour security in a gated community.
