Nestled within a wood of majestic oaks, the luxurious Maritime villas feel like a world apart, yet are only steps away from the East Beach Tennis Club, and close to the East Beach Towne Center. The newly constructed Maritime villas' ideal location on Green Dolphin Way is just across Turtle Point from the beach. This well-appointed penthouse villa has lagoon views, and includes such details as hardwood floors, coffered ceilings, built-in bookcases, custom cabinetry, marble and granite counters, and multiple decks and porches. Guests also enjoy access to wireless internet. A heated community swimming pool is open April through September and grilling area are available for guests of this wonderful property. With four bedrooms, each with a private bath, this villa can accommodate up to eight guests. Square feet 2700



High coffered ceilings and glowing hardwood floors create a sense of drama as guests step into this exquisite Platinum-rated villa. The open living area includes a wet bar, wall-mounted flat screen TV over the gas fireplace with marble surround. Sliding glass doors lead out to the screened porch, which overlooks the neighborhood swimming pool and has a dining area for four. A covered deck with rocking chairs and a slate tiled outdoor kitchenette with barbeque grill has a spiral staircase which leads to a rooftop sundeck. This lower deck has access from the kitchen, as well. The gourmet kitchen includes a granite breakfast bar which can seat two guests, and subway tile backsplash. A farmhouse style sink, Sub-Zero refrigerator and Wolf six-burner stove with a pot filler faucet help make meal prep more enjoyable. The dining area is between the living area and kitchen, and seats up to eight guests at the round table.



The master suite is furnished with a king bed, and features its own flat screen TV, walk in closets, its own furnished balcony overlooking the lagoon, and a private bath. The master bath is tiled in Carrara marble, and includes His and Hers vanities, a garden tub, and a separate shower. Three other bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed, include their own flat screen TVs and private baths.



Each Maritime Villa includes free parking, screened porch and/or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, community swimming pool, common grilling area, and 24-hour security in a gated community. The community pool is heated and typically open to guests from April 1st to November 1st. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems.
