Completely unique, custom top floor penthouse villa in Windswept III! Everything in this property is outstanding including kitchen, flooring, furnishings, floorplan, etc! Wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean and Kiawah's 10 mile beach. Some features include 4 large, hi-definition TV's, a programmable safe for your piece of mind, allergen-free featherbed mattress toppers, and a built in desk for those who just can't get away from work. Guests will surely enjoy this wonderful and highly unique villa. Located in Kiawah's East Beach Village, on the bike path, and within a short walk of the Night Heron Nature Center and the Sanctuary. Wireless internet access is available. Guests also enjoy a secured keyless entry system and unlimited long distance phone service even includes Alaska Canada Puerto Rico and Hawaii.



The living room features not only full ocean views and access to the oceanfront deck, but also a large, hi-definition TV with DVD player, premium movie channel, and island furnishings. The beautifully appointed, fully equipped kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, including a flat surface range with a warming drawer built into the oven, a Franke water filtration system, plus granite counters and tile floors. This room opens onto the dining area, which is equipped with a lovely seating arrangement. The oceanfront deck is furnished with a tall dining table and chairs, making sure that your dinner view is of the ocean, and not the porch railing.



Located on the first level, the master suite features a private bath with double vanity and large, marble tiled shower, a king bed, and high definition 42-inch TV and DVD. A second master suite, also on the first level, has a king bed, 42 inch TV and private bath with double vanity and spacious, beautifully marble tiled shower and bathtub. The loft bedroom has two twin beds, 27 inch TV and DVD player, a library of family friendly movies, plus a beautifully tiled bath. The beach is visible from the beds in this room...what a great sight first thing in the morning! While this villa has bedding for six people, it will allow up to eight guests.



Purchase of Accidental Damage Protection Insurance of $45 is required on all rental stays in this villa.



Each Windswept Villa includes free parking, deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, and 24 hour security in a gated community.
